The product is formulated to protect against biological\u003cbr\u003econtamination e.g. fungi, mould and algae.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKPRO S-SR 1.5mm thin layer render can be used on a variety of substrates including\u003cbr\u003eexternal wall insulation systems, concrete, render carrier board, cement based renders\u003cbr\u003eand gypsum plasters.\u003cbr\u003eProduct Use\u003cbr\u003eKPRO S-SR 1.5mm is ready to use and can be applied by hand or machine to provide an\u003cbr\u003eeven textured uniform coloured finish. In the event of spray application caution should be\u003cbr\u003etaken to avoid shadowing that can occur with obstructions such as scaffold rails and\u003cbr\u003eplatforms. The render should not be applied any thicker than the grain size of 1.5mm.\u003cbr\u003eSubstrate Preparation:\u003cbr\u003eKPRO S-SR 1.5 can be applied to smooth, dry and clean substrates free from grease,\u003cbr\u003ebitumen, dust and other substances decreasing adhesion:\u003cbr\u003e– cement plasters and lime-cement plasters (age above 28 days, moisture ≤ 4 %),\u003cbr\u003e– concrete (age above 3 months, moisture ≤ 4 %) primed with the priming paint KPRO\u003cbr\u003eQuartz Primer QP10\u003cbr\u003e– reinforced basecoats primed with the priming paint KPRO Quartz Primer QP10.\u003cbr\u003eApplication:\u003cbr\u003eThe whole contents of the container should be carefully stirred. KPRO S-SR 1.5 should be\u003cbr\u003eevenly applied on the substrate at the thickness of the grain by means of a steel long float\u003cbr\u003eheld at the angle. Then, it should be given a homogeneous structure by means of using a\u003cbr\u003eplastic float in uniform rounded movements. The finished render should not be applied\u003cbr\u003ethicker than the aggregate size of 1.5 mm. The product can also be spray applied, taking\u003cbr\u003ecare of obstructions such as scaffold bars etc. Do not sprinkle plaster with water! Work\u003cbr\u003eshould be done on one surface without breaks, keeping the same product consistency.\u003cbr\u003ePlease Note:\u003cbr\u003eApplication should be performed in the ambient and substrate temperature ranging from\u003cbr\u003e+5 °C to +25 °C and the humidity below 80%. The render should always be applied ‘wet\u003cbr\u003eon wet’ at adjacent panels to avoid unsightly joint lines. The render should be protected\u003cbr\u003eagainst the rain until completely dry.
